Student Ministries exists to help Middle School & High School students move from wherever they are to where God wants them to be
It is our goal to equip Middle and High School students to develop a real and lasting relationship with Jesus. We do this by providing as many opportunities as possible for students to experience Christ through a variety of ways. We try to connect students to Jesus, connect them to a community of other students, connect them to caring leaders and mentors, and connect them through service and leadership opportunities to our church.

Fall Fest is coming soon! We'll have a lawn mower slip 'n' slide, other games/activities, and lots of free food! All students 6-12th grade are invited to join us. This is a great night to invite a friend!
All students are required to have medical and photo releases filled out prior to the event. If you don't already have these on file with us, you can download them and bring them with you!
This event is not on our church campus. For directions please fill out this form and we'll contact you with the location!

Our Wednesday Night Youth Group is VVCC's main program for students. Each week consists of time to hang out and have fun, some group game times, some music and worship. We also have time for students to meet in small groups, which allows them to interact, study, and grow with a handful of other students who are the same age and gender along with an adult leader.
Where do YOU meet?
We meet in the Student Ministry Building, next door to the main building. The address is still 406 S. 6th Street and like on Sundays, you can use the parking lot entrance off of Cherry Street, but head toward the building on the left with the double doors that say "Student Ministries."
Who can come?
Our Wednesday Night Youth Group is open to any students who are currently in 6th-12th Grades. Some of our night is spent together in a large group, some of our night is spent with other students your same grade. If you are in 6th-12th grade, we'd love for you to come and join us this Wednesday!
What Else Do you do?
Wednesday nights are our main meeting each week, but throughout each year we have many other events, trips, and things that students can be involved in. We have mission trips, camps, service opportunities and many other ways that students can be growing and moving closer to where God wants them to be.
