VVCC Student Ministries exists to help Middle & High School students move from wherever they are to where God wants them to be
It's our goal to show this community and surrounding area that we are plugged into God and plugged into others.
We get this from Matthew 22, which is about loving God and loving others. We believe that helping Middle and High School students get plugged in now will result in a real and lasting relationship with Jesus. We try to connect students to Jesus, connect them to a community of other students, connect them to caring leaders and mentors, and connect them through service and leadership opportunities to our church.
Plugged In Sunday Nights
Beginning Sunday, January 6th
6:00 - 8:00pm
Our Sunday Night Youth Group is VVCC's main program for students in 6th-12th grade. Each week consists of time to hang out and have fun, some group game times, some music and worship. We also have time for students to meet in small groups, which allows them to interact, study, and grow with a handful of other students who are the same age and gender along with an adult leader.
We are headed back to UCYC this year for Middle School Winter Camp & High School Winter Camp and we want you to come with us! Winter camp is always an amazing time to hang out together, learn and grow together in our faith, meet new people, and get even more plugged in!

Where do YOU meet?
We meet in the Student Ministry Building, next door to the main building. The address is still 406 S. 6th Street and like on Sunday mornings, you can use the parking lot entrance off of Cherry Street, but head toward the building on the left with the double doors that say "Student Ministries."
Who can come?
Our Sunday Night Youth Group is open to any students who are currently in 6th-12th Grades. Some of our night is spent together in a large group, some of our night is spent with other students your same grade. If you are in 6th-12th grade, we'd love for you to come and join us this Sunday!
What Else Do you do?
Sunday nights are our main meeting each week, but throughout each year we have many other events, trips, and things that students can be involved in. We have mission trips, camps, service opportunities and many other ways that students can be growing and moving closer to where God wants them to be.
